Ingredients
½ packet Asiago Cheese & Spinach Dip Mix
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk or buttermilk
1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 small red onion, sliced
2 green onions, cut into 2" pieces
1 cup feta or blue cheese, crumbled
6 strips of bacon, fully cooked & chopped
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
Instructions
Combine the first four ingredients to make the salad dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Cut lettuce into wedges and place on individual salad plates. Drizzle dressing over lettuce wedges then top with remaining ingredients.
